Refund Policy

A student may withdraw from a training program by providing written notice to Mindful Restoration as per the following stipulations:

1) Refunds before the program of study begins:

(a) If written notice of withdrawal is received within 7 days after the deposit is made, and 30 days before the commencement of the period of instruction, the deposit and any tuition paid minus the $150 non-refundable portion of the deposit will be refunded.

(b) If written notice of withdrawal is received less than 30 days before the commencement of the period of instruction and more than 7 days after the initial deposit and application was made, the institution may retain 20% of the total tuition due under the contract to a maximum of $1300.

2) Refunds after the program of study starts:

(a) If written notice of withdrawal is received before 10% of the period of instruction has elapsed, the institution may retain 30% of the tuition.

(b) If written notice of withdrawal is received after 10% and before 30% of the period of instruction has elapsed, the institution may retain 50% of the tuition.

(c) If a student withdraws after 30% of the period of instruction has elapsed, no refund is required.

3) Refunds owed to students will be paid within 30 days of the institution receiving written notification of withdrawal and all required supporting documentation.

Consumables and Technical Equipment

4) Where a student withdraws from their program after receiving training manuals from the institution:

(a) The student must return the manual within 14 calendar days; and
(b) If the student fails to return the equipment as set out above, the institution may deduct the reasonable cost of the manual from any amount to be refunded to the student.
