Prerequisite: Yoga Nidra Level I
In this advanced training in Mindful Rest Yoga Nidra, you will learn the science of this versatile technique as it applies to Eastern and Western views, as well as a deepening of your own personal practice. This level 2 Mindful Rest Yoga Nidra training will deepen your understanding of the principles associated with unconscious defense mechanisms, such as abreaction, projection, resistance as well as resonance in order to attune to the shared field of consciousness. This training is especially focused on bringing Mindful Rest Yoga Nidra into a one-on-one application.

Sunday April 17: 7:30AM – 12 noon
