This free evening event is an opportunity to share the powerful practice of Mindful Rest Yoga Nidra with you.
Yoga Nidra is a simple, yet profound, sleep-based meditative technique used to induce deep relaxation, overcome insomnia, reduce the effects of stress, resolve trauma, overcome addictions, anxiety, depression, fear, anger and self limiting beliefs and patterns. Beyond the therapeutic benefits of practice, the purpose of Yoga Nidra is to recognize the infinite potential within that is our birthright.
We will begin with an overview of the practice and conclude with a deeply healing Mindful Rest Yoga Nidra experience.
Previous yoga experience is not required. This event is for everyone!
