How much yoga nidra experience do I need to do this training?
This training is designed to give you a foundational understanding of yoga nidra. Prior experience is not necessary, although you may find it beneficial to practice yoga nidra as much as you can before the training so that your body and mind can be prepared to move easily from sympathetic dominance to a parasympathetic response.
Do I need to be a yoga teacher to do this training?
Not at all! This training may be taken for your own personal practice and understanding. This is also a beneficial technique that has been implemented by social workers, therapists and school teachers.
