Simple Steps for Profound Change!

  1. Follow the B.R.A.V.E. introduction/orientation recordings, and experience the wisdom of mindfulness for personal change.

  2. Play the audio recordings you want or need (ours here, or favorites from other apps/sources), then repeat, repeat, repeat...the key to changing your 'stuck' brain patterns is repetition!

  3. Make it your own. Listen to your favorites. Find your personalized practice specific to your needs. OR request a new recording or a private recording just for you.

  4. Speak and share your thoughts and intentions with someone. When we share with another safely and authentically, it creates additional support beyond ourselves.
