As well, you can use the recordings daily to stay ahead of anxiety or a reactive mind and emotions. Perhaps choose some of the longer recordings to practice when you have some quiet, relaxed time in your day.

Spacious Breathing
This may be a starting place for some of you if you struggle with overthinking or trying too hard. Or perhaps you tend to hold your breath, have stomach/belly chronic tension, or even 'suck in your belly' to look better. Any of the above reasons can make it difficult to go through the B.R.A.V.E. steps. In that case, start here and get comfortable with some spaciousness in your breathing.
