Our 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training builds on the skills you learned in your 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and is open to teachers from all Yoga Alliance Registered Schools.
This training runs over 7 weekends from October 2016 - April 2017.
Whether you want to work with advanced students, teach with more confidence or specialize your skills for working with specific populations, this program is the first step in realizing your potential as a teacher and mastering your own life in a Kundalini Tantra Methodology and Lineage.
This Advanced Yoga Certification Training includes:
- Advanced Asana & Posture Sequencing
- Advanced Pranayama and Vayus
- Gunas, Kriya, Mantra, Yoga as Therapy
- Full Mindful Rest Yoga Nidra Certification (Level I, II, & III)
- General Assessment
- How to create extraordinary, experiential workshops
- Philosophy and Teaching the Deeper Practices
- Weekly Yoga and Yoga Nidra class throughout the training. Class details here.
- The opportunity to practice Karma Yoga; Selfless Service by bringing the practice of meditation into the community via homeless shelters and those in greater need via Awake in Grace.
