Integrating our Practice into the World
This approach is also known as Ashtanga (the eight-limbed yoga) or Royal path. Raja is a systemic approach to self-realization, using a methodology and body of knowledge synthesized by the sage Patanjali. We will spend time with the sacred text The Yoga Sutras, hear them, chant them, interpret them for ourselves, as well as hear from a contemporary master teacher and author. There is a sequence to discover in the Raja path to realization. We will define the sequence as it relates to each of us on our own path, and find the natural progression to the depth and mysteries of these teachings.
Open to students and teachers of all levels ready for a journey of self-empowerment and discovery.
