Yoga Resources
Enjoy the following yoga practices from the Mindful Rest archives! You will need a yoga mat, and any other props that are beneficial for your practice such as: blocks, a yoga tie, bolster or pillow as well as a blanket for relaxation. Modify the practice where you need to, to support your body’s limits, sensitivities and boundaries.
Beginner
This is a 30 minute practice that begins with basic pranayama, some warm-ups and a flow of postures, ending with a short relaxation. Modify where necessary.
Strong Beginner
This 45 minute practice incorporates breathwork (pranayama), warm-ups with core strengthening, sun salutations and a posture flow designed to cultivate strength, flexibility and balance.
Intermediate
This 65 minute practice begins with an integrating breath practice followed by warm-ups and a strong standing flow consisting of sun salutations and moon salutations. Floor postures and relaxation complete the practice.
